About the Program

Great strides have been made at PBSC Western since it began in 1998.  

The interest in Pro Bono shown by the students at UWO, as well as members of the faculty and the community, has been great. Many local organizations return to PBSC Western year after year for help in researching legal issues.

PBSC Western is generously funded by the Law Foundation of Ontario and their law school, in addition to the funds provided by Legal Aid Ontario for the Family Law Project during the summer months.
