About the Program

PBSC Moncton was launched in 1999. The University of Moncton is unique in the Réseau francophone because the students study Common law as opposed to the Civil law of Quebec. Over the years PBSC Moncton has been able to share its unique experience and perspective with the other members of the Réseau francophone and has provided legal information and legal services to the francophone population of New Brunswick.

PBSC Moncton is generously funded by the New Brunswick Law Foundation and their law school
